The Complete Wellness Pathway takes in sauna, steam bath, salt cave, vitarium, sensory shower, ice fountain, heated bench and Kneipp walk, accompanied throughout by chromotherapy. An itinerary to be followed without hurrying, alternating heat, cold and rest, with relaxation areas set along the route.
The main difference compared with a spa in Sirmione lies in the crowds and the setting. Here the spaces are generous, numbers are limited and the windows open onto the green of the golf course rather than a street in the centre. There is no queue outside the sauna even on high-season weekends.

The spa is in Pozzolengo, a short distance from the peninsula. You can devote the morning to the wellness path and the afternoon to the Grottoes of Catullus and the Scaliger Castle, or head on to the lakefront at Desenzano del Garda. Parking is reserved and there are no restricted traffic zones to cross, a real advantage over a spa in Sirmione at the height of the season.
