Sala San Vigilio is the largest: 249 square metres with a dedicated 34 square metre foyer, seating up to 250 theatre style, and equipped on request with a 400x200 screen, six staging platforms, a speakers' podium, a ceiling-mounted projector with VGA and HDMI connections, two microphones and a flip chart.
Sala Desenzano, 165 square metres, takes up to 150 with a 75 inch monitor and integrated audio. Sala Peschiera and Sala Solferino, 80 square metres each, cover meetings of up to 40. Sala Degustazione, 164 square metres, suits product presentations. The club house also holds a 300-seat conference centre.
The Full Day Meeting package covers the room for the whole day, two coffee breaks and a three-course lunch, with the option of adding an introductory golf lesson with a professional.
The Meeting Room Free package runs in November, December, January, February, July and August: book at least ten single-occupancy rooms and one room comes free for each night. Among meeting rooms on Lake Garda it is one of the few formats designed explicitly for residential programmes.
